Also, as a part of a healthy diet try to stay away from canned soups and frozen dinners. These foods are often packed with a lot of preservatives and they offer very little healthy nutrition. And as far as snacking is concerned, try to stay away from sodas, sweets, and fried snacks. There are numerous baked snacks currently available which taste just as good or maybe even better than fried, greasy snacks.
